"Note to everyone out there: When you speak with a field technician about an upcoming visit, be absolutely certain you also confirm it with their office! I was foolish enough to NOT do this.\n\nChad, the tech who contacted me initially for a quick upgrade of our A/C unit, called on (I believe) June 6th and left a message about when to come out to install the part. I called him back that day and left a message that a week from Wednesday (June 15th, 2016) would be fine. I asked for a call-back to confirm the date. That Wednesday morning, I called their main office and asked when Chad would be out. They had to call him and he then called me. Here's the conversation:\nChad: Oh, Hi. Did you get the message I left?\nMe: Yes. Did you get mine about doing the repair today?\nChad: Yeah. I've been a bit busy.\n[Interesting, that he received my message but had the audacity to ask if I'd received his. Duh.]\nMe: TEN DAYS of \"a bit busy\"???\nChad: Yeah.\nThe upshot? A different tech came out that day and did the install. VERY nice fellow. Thorough, polite, professional, personable. \nJust don't ask for Chad. Apparently, he's a \"bit busy\"."^^ . . "0"^^ . .
