I stopped into PC to purchase a few items and a balloon bouquet to decorate my co-worker's desk for her birthday. Once I picked out all of my balloons and weight, I approached the balloon counter. I was not greeted or asked if I needed assistance for almost 10 mins. There were 3 associates working on a balloon order. Yes, balloon orders take precedence, but that should not stop an employee from greeting any customer that walks up to the balloon counter. I know this from experience.\n \nAs I watched the associates inflate the latex balloons, I noticed they were inflating the balloons too much- to the point where there's an additional small oval shape at the neck of the balloon. In 75 degree weather, the balloons will pop and the associates should have been trained appropriately. Once it was my turn, I had to instruct the associate on how inflated I wanted my balloons to be.\n \nAfter leaving the store, one of my balloons deflated and I had to return to the store for a new one. I had no issue here. Once I arrived to my office (15 mins away), I noticed my mylar \"Happy Birthday\" balloon was deflated. Upon inspection, I noticed the ribbon was tied in the wrong place, allowing for air to escape. I had go back to the store again to get another balloon.\n \nThis 45 min exercises turned into an almost 2 hr ordeal and thank god I had the time. No one wants half inflated balloons on their birthday so I had no choice but to return to the store each time."^^ . "0"^^ .
