She seemed to get where I was coming from and showed me a great duvet and told me the differences between down, synthetics, and why the prices are so different. She recommended a particular brand and I got it, and after night 1, I'm really happy with it. \n\nI was also looking for a duvet cover that would be less than $150 after tax and a warm, dark colour. Apparently this doesn't exist at the Bay ($400 for sheets? REALLY?!), but she did search high and low with me including checking stock at the back.\n\nI'm very impressed with the service and quality of product that I got.
