I have been trying to return it since the 3rd day I had it. I was told I had to keep it for 30 days but I had gotten such a great deal that I had 100 days to return the bed but the manufacturer wanted to make sure I gave it a fair shot. I am 65 years old and the bed was too soft and the 2 managers I spoke to said after the 30 days it would be no problem to swap it out. No such luck. I had to make a service call appointment and after a month when they finally came out they said the depression on the mattress did not meet the standard for returning the bed so I was out of luck. I was never offered an extended care warrantee and the only reason I know about it is that the rude customer service representative told me I did not have one! This is a horrible company! I have spent $10,000 with them and there is no quality control in their products. My $2000 plus couch has cushions that have some hard cushions and some soft cushions. I bought everything all at once, or I would have never gone back. The only thing that is consistent is the egregious interest rate you are stuck with or 3 years.
