However, I can only make appointments a few days in advance, given that Emkiro only creates their weekly schedule every Wednesday, which is frustrating. The front desk receptionists are probably the worst, most unfriendly and unhelpful bunch I think I've ever communicated with. When I was waiting for my dental procedure, I was hoping to speak with my doctor about pain relief options. \n\n\"She's fully booked\" \n\"Ok, can I see a different doctor then, this will be a quick visit and it's pretty urgent because I have surgery on Thursday.\" \n\"No other doctors are available tomorrow\" \n\nWhat? Really? Emkiro also functions as a walk-in clinic, so I find this to be a bit far-fetched. Poor customer service, nearly every time I call/visit in person. I chose Emkiro because my doctor seemed nice and the location was by my office.
