The owner/service provider was rude over the phone when I called to schedule the appointment, and she didn't have much availability even a few weeks out. Her office/service area was messy and smelled strongly of fried food. There was no greeting or reception upon arrival. My overall experience was bad and the environment was simply unprofessional."^^ .
