They told me my battery was fine. They didn't know why it wasn't working. They sent it to \"watchmaker\" ha ha! \"Watchmaker said it needs a tune up and will cost $90. I declined. I picked up my watch and took it to Walmart. The lady there helped me open it. We found a battery for my flashlight on the watch and a second battery for the movement. We replaced the battery for the movement and the watch worked. Walt's \"watchmaker \" is incompetent or a liar! Either is unacceptable if your telling customers your sending their fine jewelry to a watchmaker!!!!!!!!!!\n\nTo your response.....\n\nBlah blah blah!! Again not addressing the issue correctly! The watch needed a $6 battery NOT a $90 \"tune-up scam\" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!Understand?????"^^ . "0"^^ . . "2018-03-31T00:00:00"^^ .
