Big promises and competitive prices but absolutely NO FOLLOW THRU or CUSTOMER SERVICE. Also, DJ that came to event was not happy about our music selection. She also had no ability to READ the crowd and play what they wanted to hear. \nTommy doesn't even respect his customers to respond to their concerns. Next time we have an event (we have 2 in the next 9 months) we will you a company that cares, follows thru, and values their customers!
