That was my first mistake... I also had a horrible experience with Patrick. He was rude on the reminder call and changed the start time but blamed me saying the noon appt was actually 11-12pm and can they come earlier than that. I compromised and agreed to 11am. They showed up 10:30am - I was not there yet. They called and when I confirmed that I would pay with check or cc the driver told me they only accept cash.\n\nI then called the front office and spoke with Rhonda about the early arrival, rude confirmation call and payment terms. She was gracious and apologetic and confirmed that I could pay with a check. Not 10 min later I arrived and the driver insisted on cash.\n\nI called the office again - this time getting Patrick. He was even more rude, insisted on cash and denied knowing that my move required 3 stops! Really --- 4 hours quoted to go 5 miles --- for 10 pcs of furniture?
