"I bought a Groupon and tried for FOUR weeks to schedule an appointment, calling twice a week and leaving messages. I was calling during their working hours each time. \n\nOnly received one call back after 8 messages, and the woman left a message (it was dinner time with my family - we have a no phones rule) and said they were booked out 6 weeks and wouldn't be able to fit me in before my Groupon expired. She then left the same number I've been calling to call back. I returned the call 20 minutes later and received the calling service again.\n\nGroupon would only trade in instead of refunding my money, which was fine, though a bit frustrating. \n\nI can't comment on this place's services but I would say that even if I had gotten my services after all that work, and even if it had been the BEST massage ever, I would never have come back."^^ . . .
