They put us in the \"motel\" next to the casino and it was my worst experience in a hotel ever.  The shower went cold, there were bugs in the room, there were holes in the sheets, and it smelled. Bad.  Of course, complaining didn't help.  We even filed a claim for the bugs and they had their own housekeeping department inspect and determine that there were \"no bugs\" even though I pointed out spiders to the security officer.  Hmm, could their housekeeping department be biased?  Just a disgusting waste of money for poor quality and even worse customer service.  Stay somewhere else.
