A soup bowl of lumped-together dry white grits. I don\u00B4t believe they were seasoned at all, but looked like they had been cooked into a solid mass, then broken up into lumps with a fork. On top were perched five or six quarter-sized shrimp that had some dry Southwestern-looking seasoning sprinkled on them. They had that rubbery, \u00A8We\u00B4ve been cooked for a long time.\u00A8 quality. There wasn\u00B4t a drop of anything moist or tasty in the whole dish.
