This is my first time buying their truffles, I selected 6 truffles for a friend's birthday.\u00A0 \u00A0In the box: 8 year aged Balsamic Vinegar, Meyer Lemon & Australian Ginger, Jasmine, Peach Magnolia*, Thai Stick, and Vietnamese Coffee.\u00A0 * Peach Magnolia won a Silver in 'Flavoured dark chocolate ganaches or truffles' category at the International Chocolate Awards World Finals.\n\n\u00A0\n\nMy friend was generous enough to share with the group so we had a mini tasting by cutting everything into five small pieces. Two of those stood out for us: Thai Stick - interesting mix of flavours with lemongrass and lime, and the chili powder gave it a small kick after the chocolate is gone; Vietnamese Coffee was another crowd pleaser even for a non-coffee drinker like me.\u00A0 The cone-shaped Douglas Fir didn't make it into the box this time, quite curious what the forest would taste like, will save it for another visit...\n\nThe staff were all friendly and cheerful...
