Their customer service line just transfers you to people who also can't help your problem.\n\nI tried to open an account online, their website had an error, so I tried to go into this branch and was asked for a utility bill which I don't have in my name and wasn't presented with different options till I was walking out frustrated.\n\nThis was after I called customer service to try to get the online problem and was told all I had to do was bring my ID and cash into a branch.\n\nI went into the Trop and Pecos location at about day 3 and they saved the day, allowed to use my online paystub to open an account that should have been opened online if their terrible website worked, and got me rolling. They were busy but really nice and informative.\n\nWell today I made the mistake of coming back to this location and their ATM errored on me and ATE the cash that I was trying to deposit. I tried to call customer service to help me since I didn't want to leave the ATM with my money in it, was transferred to disputes and told disputes has nothing to do with deposits, then was yelled at by some of their customers who approached my car window in a threatening manner. \n\nI was able to get help inside of the branch but was told that I can't close my account and be done with this sorry institution until they fixed their BROKEN ATM NEXT WEEK.\n\nAbsolute disaster, do not recommend. \n\n(Now when I hear their stupid jingle on the radio every five minutes I'm sure I'll be filled with rage haha)"^^<http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#string> .
