The tubs have a ramp to make getting in and out of the tub easier. The water pressure is great and the fur de-shedding treatment works great on my furry pug Betty. Next time I go I will try the regular grooming service to see how that works with her shedding issue! The staff is super friendly and helpful. I just wish they carried my brand of dog food."^^ . .
