My trout was soggy sitting on top of soggy wild rice that appeared to have corn starch or some type of animal fat in it. Brussel sprouts were soggy also. My husband's steak (supposed to be medium rare) came out charred with some heavy sauce on it. We tried the creme brulee which was burnt on top and the berries were stuck on top.
