Instead of \"throwing parts\" at a driveline vibration they put my Lexus uup on the rack, spun the wheels and SHOWED me a U-joint problem and a problem necessitating replacement of the differential.  When I said, \"How much $ for the diagnosis\" the answer....NOTHING!  So now they're installing a replacement diffie for me, rebuilding the drive shaft, and I have no doubt the car will come back smooth and quiet.
