I bought about $100 worth of clothing including some organic cotton tee's that fit and felt great. My issue with Muji was the customer service I received during my second visit there. After I had washed my organic cotton shirts once (following all the directions on the label) they were covered with little holes. I went back to try to exchange them (with receipt in hand) and was told that they could do nothing for me. Not only did I find this ridiculous because I had literally worn and washed the shirts once (following their washing directions), but the manager, Antonio, was totally unhelpful where the assistant manager was hostile and quite rude. They stated that it was my fault for washing the shirts with other clothing, such as jeans, that might be able to catch and tear the shirts and that was it... They didn't offer anything as compensation! Not 10% off a new shirt..... NOTHING!!!! If this is how Muji treats their first time customers, I will not be going back again. Maybe I am just used to shopping at amazing stores like MEC that stand by there products 100% and have great customer service. But Muji has definitely lost a customer. Too bad because I really liked some of their products..."^^ .
