"Friendly staff + clean hotel + great amenities = happy family.\n\nMy family headed to Surprise Arizona for a baseball tournament and decided to stay at this hotel\nSince they had 2 bedroom suites with sofa sleeper, breakfast included, washing facilities, and workout room. \n\nWe were greeted daily by every member of the staff with a smile. They offered suggestions on nearby places to eat and activities nearby! Monday thru Wednesday they offered a social mixer with food and drinks which were delicious every night!\n\nThe people who brought their dogs looked very happy ... we left our 4 legged friend at home it was just too hot! \n\nThe hotel did not provide ice ... but with all of the other extras and the caring staff, I didn't mind using the ice maker in the room and buying a bag of ice at the nearby Walmart! \n\nI really loved this place and felt so welcomed and cared for ... awesome hotel for families!"^^ .
