And Ms. Jackie decided to ambush us saying we can't test the product even if we buy it because she doesn't know if we were going to buy it. But as a former loyal customer (keyword former due to this situation). She came up and said you can't test the product even if you're going to buy it and made me hand them to her (and I had the most puzzled look on my face as I'm a frequent shopper) (rewards member for years) then as walking to the cashier with her escorting us she gets on walke talkie and says \"we got 'em, they are gonna buy them.\" I felt extremely embarrassed because other people looked at me as if we were thieves but we were simply testing product. Maybe Jackie thought we were stealin' cause we were checking out the \"stila\" makeup LOL but in all seriousness I will now spend all makeup purchases at Sephora and MAC. And I will be telling my fellow MUA's to never shop there again because they stereotype (as I was in gym uniform as LVAC is across the street so maybe they thought I looked homeless not sure. I called after to tell them how offended I was but seemed like Jackie was a bit more offended for whatever reason it may be. The lack of professionalism was astonishing. It's too bad I've spend so much and have been so loyal for so long. I think I'm most upset due to that being my favorite store. I remember I would see a lot of bad reviews and always wondered why! Now I know why!!! Do NOT shop here. Maybe them ambushing customers is there strategy of sales who knows. I wasn't finished looking so got ambushed into buying these 2 products which I was going to buy anyways just with less abuse. Well hopefully Jackie as a manager leads a better example for the people under her authority. This was out of line and straight disrespectful.
