Don't know what happened but this time I'm waiting to have my car finished detailed and the guys doing that we're too busy staring and chatting with a group of chatty Kathy's and ignoring the other cars in line. I waited nearly 30 mins before anyone got to my car and I was only 1 of 3 vehicles there. 1 star for the service and another for the availability of things you need in the store. \nIf you want to avoid the wait check first if there's a group of women getting their car serviced before you get in line, or else you'll be waiting for a while."^^ .
