"I've always believed that the true nature of a business comes out not when you buy a service or product, but when you have problems and how they are handled.\n \nI too bought a couple of groupon coupons and the first time everything was fine although I initially choked at the $15.00 price for an extra litre of oil I needed .(Synthetic)\nWell on Friday I stopped in to use my second coupon and everything went fine - I thought.\nThen when I went to drive my car on Saturday afternoon, I noticed a puddle of oil in my garage when I backed out. - \nFortunately I have a second car so I used it for the weekend.\nWhen I had a look, it appeared to be the filter leaking.\nThere was also a cover for the filter which was missing.\nWhen I brought the car back to these guys on Tuesday, Bruce, said there was no problem and didn't even apologize for the oil spill in my garage.\nApparently they spilled oil on the rock guard and didn't bother telling me about it.\nThe underneath of my car is now completely covered in oil.\nI was also hoping the cover they didn't put back on had just been forgotten in the shop and they would find it and put it on.\nHe didn't even bother to check and got really confrontational.\nHe said \"it is my word against yours\" and \"you can't prove it\" as to the missing cover and then accused me of lying about it.\nBelieve me, I wouldn't bother for a $10.00 part.\n \nSad, as it really could have been taken care of quite easily.\nThis experience is the reason of why I've always taken my car back to the dealer for service - I prefer to deal with someone who is accountable !\n\nOh yea , I sent this to them a couple of days ago in order for them to repond before I posted it here.......nothing."^^ .
