I called to have them return it and they said they would that day, but said they had a lobby full of customers right then. They did not return my package (I live 10 minutes away). I called the second day and was told they would return it, but again they had a lobby full of customers but would return it sometime that day. They did not return my package. I called the 3rd day and explained I do not have a car, could they please return my item. I was transferred to the manager who refused to return my item and hung up on me.\nThis is the worst customer service and the people who work there are lazy and lie. Do not rent a car from them - if anything goes wrong they act unprofessional and are rude! I have to rent a car next week again, I definitely won't use this place. The worst!"^^ . "1"^^ . "1"^^ . . .
