We ordered a spicy sushi tuna roll, and as I finished a piece, I noticed a sharp, hard thing left in my mouth. I pulled it out trying to figure out what it was. I flagged the server and she told me \"it's just the scale from the tuna\" and walked away. I was speechless\n\n1) why was hard, sharp fish scale in my food?\n2) why was there a lack of an apology?
