I went to another repair place for an oil change, and was advised that I needed xyz done to my car or it \"could be dangerous to drive...\" \nConcerned, I chose to stop by this neighborhood shop down the street from me. I spoke to a very nice guy named Max or Alex who went through the checklist of \"things to be done.\" \nHe advised me that he'd be happy to do all of them for me...but that it wasn't necessary. He said the things on the list wouldn't be needed to be changed for at least another 40,000 miles.\nImagine my shock!
