In fact, even for a place where you should expect great service, he exceeded expectations. The service was definitely 5 star.\n\nDavid's Tea has great selection and service. The two questions I would ask (if I were in David's Tea management) are...\n\n1. What can we do to create a better sensory experience for our guests? (Don't get me wrong, the place is neat as a pin. There is just not enough \"experience\" here.)\n2. How do we create value for regular customers? Aside from getting an e-newsletter, I don't see how being a regular customer here matters.\n\nExpect great tea selection and service at premium prices."^^ .
