The restaurant here called Sprouts has awesome food as well. Men and women Spa areas are separate. The Men's area has full showers and private lockers. The attendant will provide you sandals and your locker key. The Men's area has a Steam room, Sauna, Mineral Hot Tub, and a small Cold Pool. Also there is a Men's Lounge that is quiet and relaxing for you to sit down at before your service. Of course my primary purpose was a 1 hour Swedish Massage reservation! My therapist was Destiny and she was incredible! She found every tight spot and worked them out! After that amazing massage I went to the common pool to relax and enjoy an adult beverage!!
