Then, they bill us full price for what was then no longer covered- and when we try to follow up with billing, no call backs from our messages, and we have been sent to collections. Multiple calls, their mistake, and their lack of follow through. And it is our credit that is damaged. Maybe they can finally call us back if they read this.
