He called 20 minutes before arriving just as others mentioned. He used his special light to see the pet stains so he could treat them. Our finished basement carpet was particularly smelly from pet urine from dogs and a cat that up until its recent passing experienced renal disease and distress. It has been a week since the cleaning and the cleaning has held up. That hasn't been true for several other carpet companies I've used.
