The general manager helped out my boyfriend and I with the return and even helped us pick out a new printer. He made some great recommendations and was very knowledgeable. He even carried up a case of paper to the register for us and rang us out. \n\nIt was very refreshing to go into a Staples store and receive this kind of service, especially from a GM, as many GMs are typically not out on the floor helping customers in my experience. Normally I am not so lucky with my visits to Staples, especially with the Chandler store a few weeks ago that took forever to do a simple online return for $15, meanwhile the checkout line continued to build up and upset customers (the manager didn't even hop on a register to help people either). The Staples on Broadway Rd was definitely a huge contrast.\n\nGreat store & outstanding manager! Will definitely be visiting again for my office needs."^^ .
