"First off, this management company manages many numerous different properties. I can understand that they can get busy as our community is not the only one being managed. \n\nOur homeowner package (HOA payment book) was delivered to us, via USPS mail, about a month and a half after we took ownership of our residence last Spring. My husband spoke to them on the phone- they were nice. We went to the office to pick up the gate remote control. It is located on the outskirts of Summerlin, near the freeway. They were nice in person, too. \n\nWhen it comes to intervening for customers who have difficulty with dealing with \"homeowner- to- homeowner\" issues, their attention to the matter was impressive. They went step by step, by the book, in getting our situation handled. Without going into much detail, they were pretty helpful with our situation. They were able to file a claim under the other homeowner's insurance (he was at fault but did not want to admit to it). It was a huge help for the management to get involved. Our situation improved because of their intervention. As we continue to have issues with the same homeowner, they continue to assist us. And for that we are grateful. \n\nThey are regular with scheduling board meetings at our community (spring time means the new pool pass dispersal). They are very good about communicating any changes as well as noting reminders regarding our community, whether it be posted inside the mail rooms or by mail/ letter to each homeowner. There was a big community-wide painting job (it was the first time for painting since it was built). The carport lines were being repainted, is another example.
