They asked for a vin #, looked it up and quoted me the price.\nI went in to purchase and they couldn't find the parts, then they located them, but at twice the price that I was quoted, man said and even applied a customer discount.I told him when I had called, they looked up the price according to my vin # and it was 50.00 less than what they were trying to charge me. He finally said okay I won't charge you for the anti freeze, so 1 bulb cost me 54.00.\n\nThe other day I went in to purchase oil and was informed that they would top off, I was happy about that, until the tech opened the quart of oil and started to pour ,WITHOUT USING A FUNNEL!He spilled oil everywhere. I asked him where the funnel was, I said surely Bmw has one right? He said yes, but I don't use it because \"I NEVER MISS\" I said yes you missed and I will have to smell oil all the way to San Diego. I don't know right about then the word moron came to mind."^^ . .
