"4"^^ . "My parents treated the 6 of us to dinner @ Shula's Steakhouse last night. We arrived @ 6:30 so the place was pretty slow, but picked up around 7:30 when all the tables were full. The web site states reservations are required, and the dress is business casual. \n\nThe place is covered in football memoribilia, but does have a classy look with the dark wood and white linen table cloths. \n\nOur server was helpful and funny and gave us some great suggestions from wine to dessert. We started with shared salads, one couple shared the caesar salad and another the wedge. The blue cheese was amazing! We also shared 2 orders of the BBQ bacon wrapped shrimp as an appetizer. They were stuffed with basil and so yummy!\n\nFor dinner, we enjoyed 2 bottles of Markham Merlot, 4 guests dined on Steak Mary Anne (2 5 oz. filets smothered in a peppercorn sauce) the rest of us simply ordered 8 oz. filets. Each steak was prepared as ordered. We also split sides of crab mac and cheese - with real crab meat - grilled asparagus, sauteed mushrooms and a couple baked potatos. The sides work family style and were plenty for the 6 of us to get a taste of each.\n\nFor dessert we had both the chocolate lava cake which was rich and decadent, and the chocolate souffle which was much lighter and not as sweet. We \"rolled\" out of there for $650.00 including tip. \n\nThe restaurant offers a 48 oz steak that, if finished, inducts you into Shula's 48oz Club. The sticker price for just the steak is $85. Now that's a challenge for Man vs Food!\n\nThis is a really nice place to celebrate something special, or have a nice night out with your spouse."^^ . "1"^^ . . . "2"^^ . "2010-02-06T00:00:00"^^ . .
