While their maintenance was normally prompt, I had many issues, which I list below.\n\n- the outside cleanliness of my apartment complex decreased dramatically after Neves took over. One reason was the removal of two waste bins near the mailboxes. Neves said it was taken away because residents could not be trusted to use them properly. All it really did was allow for accumulated trash from both the street and residents. \n\n- The manner in which they speak to you is a concern. Most if not all memos were written as if speaking to a petulant teenager. I did not appreciate the tone.\n\n- After my screen door broke in October, it took them until April to fix it. At first I was told the entire frame of the door would have to be removed and masoned, due to the building settling. After repeated phone calls asking for a new door, I finally received one almost 6 months later. Their fix to my problem was to simply give me a new door. I still don't know why they could not have done that back in October.\n\nOverall, I was unhappy with my entire experience. I just recently moved one mile down the road and back with the landlords I originally signed with. Much happier."^^ . . "1"^^ . "0"^^ .
