So far I have had good experiences with the floor and hotel people.\n\nI have eaten at the Buffet 3 times in as many months. The first time nothing stands out, kinda boring, but no complaints. I am writing this review because of my last 2 experiences, with today being the worst of the worst. \n\nPlayed the slots and when I was finished I ran my players card thru the kiosk, got a free breakfast or lunch. Opted for the lunch since by the time I got to the buffet it was about 5 minutes to closing, hence it starts. 3 cashiers/people behind the registers, all at one time, or another, looked up and saw me. One employee was busy talking to an older guy, and did glance my way, nothing, then the old guy comes to me and says, you better let know your here! The other to employees were busy talking with each other, and again I was seen but ignored, after the guy talked with me, one asks if I am here for the buffet, really, do you have to ask? All...each and everyone glanced at their watches, although I was the only one in line, I am sure they would have turned me away if it was 3pm, even though I was in line. I wait for the hostess to seat me, again there, but in lala land, do you have a ticket? Thinking to myself, she watched me redeem my voucher, and was also one of them looking at her watch. I had a small coffee, told no outside food, I said really, it's a small coffee, she pointed to the sign \"no outside food\". I asked where to toss it, she said she would take care of it, and put it to the side. I said I have eaten in all the Boyd property buffets, it was never an issue, just say 'in.\n\nMaybe, just maybe, the employees should pay attention to the customers, maybe there is a thing as Boyd Style?, maybe when someone's in line, they should stop bullshitting with friends, and co-employees and do the job they were hired for!"^^ . . .
