When I was the only person to show up for a 4:00 pm Core and More class, amazing fitness Instructor Sarah Perrings held a private class with just me and gave me an incredible workout. She was amazing! The spa locker rooms, whirlpools, plunge pool, sauna, and steam room are beautiful, and the spa waiting areas are clean, luxurious and comfortable. I especially loved the rainforest showers and the serene ambiance. Also, the beautiful vanities and dressing areas made me feel like a happy little girl playing dress up.
