I booked a two bedroom, two bathroom suite weeks ahead of time on their website. They called a few days later and asked if I would take a smaller room because they overbooked. I told them that I couldn't as I had six people. They said ok. At check-in they said they switched my room. The manager was a b**** about it and had no excuse why they didn't notify me ahead of time so that I could cancel.
