"0"^^ . . . . "We had a service from Maids in Blue for move in/out on the 10th of November but we weren't happy at all. A week before we had a cleaning service do a deep cleaning and we were very satisfied but they weren't available . So after trying other cleaning services the Maids in Blue were the only one available on short notice . But we found that a lot of areas were left in worse shape than they started such as the stove which we paid extra to do that had lot of white residue (I have pictures) I suppose from their cleaning products because it wasn't there before. We paid extra for the wall but it seemed they didn't do anything since they were still dirty (also have picture) . We paid for 4 bedrooms but we couldn't see anything done (because the bedrooms were clean) and there was still a large spot in the master bedroom wall. We asked them to clean the kitchen but we couldn't see anything done other than the stove more dirty. In the phone conversation the customer representative asked how many bedrooms (we have 3 bedroom but got charged for 4 bedrooms they said office is the 4th one) but I didn't ask to clean them, I specfially asked to clean the kitchen area, bathrooms and walls only. On the phone the customer rep. said about 2.5 hours but they were here for 2 hours only. They didn't even clean the main floor so we noticed it immediately when we walk in. We ended up clean everything (again) as we will have appointments for \"showing\" the next morning. The only good thing that they came on time.\nWe don't usually complain but this was very bad."^^ .
