So knowing that there are multiple, accessible locations all over Charlotte, I felt content that I could follow up at any location and get the same service. Buuuut recently I visited this location bc I was concerned that my tires were flattening as I was driving home from a stressful day at work. With understanding that they closed at 6 and it being about 6:05 and a car was still being serviced, that they could could take a look at my tires and jyst check the pressure and ensure I at least didnt have any leaks... NOPE! i was told that all the air was leaked out of the hoses and I'd have to come back the next day. Now, my first concern was \"dang, i hope i can even make it home to even possibly come back the next day..\" So with fingers crossed and prayers in constant rotation, I was able to make it home, but I do believe they could've provided me better reassurance that during rush hour on the highway and being a young female, that they would show a biiiit more concern and care..."^^ .
