We left our room key up in our room a bunch of times and it was no trouble to get a replacement. However, what are all the complaints about? Our room was nice? There was no peeling paint or outdated furnishings? Our room was clean. House keeping did a good job. Ate some traditional NYC foods. I had a pizza and the hubby had a hot dog. \n\nCons: not as ultra modern as other Vegas hotels, but I like that it has a unique personality all its own. Old school Vegas with a cool theme.
