I purchased the annual maintenance package plan and proceeded to use one cleaning & exam; the hygienist did not know what she was doing, not a good experience. Apparently I had a cavity so couple months later I made an appointment for filling. A couple hours before my appointment I was called and told that my appointment was canceled, of course there was no apology.\n\nI took it as a blessing in disguise I really did not want to go back here so I asked for the balance of my yearly maintenance fee that I had paid to be refunded, The person on the phone said she would check into it. I proceeded to leave two messages over the course of the next couple weeks. I did not receive one call back.\n\n I finally got a hold of someone and asked for the refund; a week later I received a check for $29. What a ridiculous waste of time....I had spent $350 on the package. \n\nI don't recommend going here they are dishonest and do not know how to treat customers, nor how to speak to them. \n\nI will stick with my original amazing dentist Reem Kidess, who I never should have left in the first place."^^ .
