I had checked rates online which were about $100 for the two days. Seemed a little pricey but I figured I could get a USAA discount off of that in person. I got a ride to the Enterprise on 4517 W Flamingo. The lady at the counter gave me rates of $180 for the same thing that was $100 online. Even with the discount it was $150. So I call my wife and she makes the reservation online for $129. This was more than the original quote but probably due to last minute reservation. It was still cheaper than the $150 quoted at the counter as the \"best rate\" and maybe they could apply the USAA discount at the counter. So I go back in with my reservation and the Nissan Altima that I had reserved had a spare tire on it and needed repair. Not sure why I was able to reserve it in the first place, but ok, how about a replacement? Well, I was offered a Mazda M3 or Toyota Corolla or two different full-size trucks. That was it. I drive a Honda Accord which is the minimum acceptable size for clients to be in the back. The manager was pretty rude and made it seem like he told me before that the Altima wasn't available when he did not. He said that there were no SUV's available. It was hard to hear him as he was facing away from me as he was speaking. I am a little hard of hearing and I wasn't sure if he was speaking to me or the lady. Normally when someone speaks to you, they will face you so it was a bit strange. I decided not to rent from this place. I didn't like how I was treated and the prices are geared to take advantage of those that don't have access or foresight to reserve a car online. I'll avoid this place for sure in the future."^^ . .
