Knowing that they should have their systems setup for delivery areas, I have no idea what this actually means.\n\nThe food showed up at 3:05 and was cold. No apology or explanation. No offer to refund my money.\n\nI can't even talk about the food as it is not even edible. It's just piles of cold chicken that have been soaking in grease on top of cold eggs in the fried rice with a side of cold, soggy crab rangoon.\n\nI'm done with them.
