"Let me first say I disagree with many of the reviewers. I have been many times and have many great experiences I could share but I will just share my views on the space and some of the negative comments. \n\nThe staff: I find the staff, bartenders, servers and management to be excellent. I have been when it is slow and when it is extremely busy. When it's slow the drinks are faster to arrive than when they are at capacity. I think that's normal at every club. When I had something I didn't agree with I spoke to management and they addressed it in a professional manner. I am always greeted warmly even by security. (Which always look top notch in jackets and ties)\n\nThe space: It is absolutely breathtaking. It has views of the lake, inside Progressive field and at night the views down Euclid overlooking the Chandelier at Playhouse square and the skyline to the West is unmatched by ANY venue in Cleveland. The VIP areas are the largest and nicest of any venue in Cleveland. You can comfortably fit 15-20 people in your area. I personally love the \"grass\" (unlike another reviewer states it is not astroturf). I think they did an amazing job of renovating such a site. Nobody else in Cleveland has even attempted to.\n\nThe drinks: Like any place I go if the space is nice, such as a nice restaurant with rich decor and fixtures and you can see the developer/owner has made a sizable investment I assume that I will be paying more than a corner bar that has been \"updated\" for the 5th time in as many years by changing the name on the outside of the building. We in Cleveland are spoiled for the most part but I challenge anyone to walk in to a nice establishment and find drinks for $5.00. That's not reality, certainly not where the owner invested millions in the venue. \n\nThe food: Last time I checked Azure is a \"Sun Lounge\" the food is good and very adequate for what it is. It is also changing all the time based on recommendations from guests and staff alike. If you want fine dining I would suggest maybe going to the fine dining restaurant downstairs, Adega, before or after you visit Azure Sun Lounge...\n\nThe cover charge/lines: Like any place I have ever visited, Chicago, New York, Miami, Columbus or even Cleveland, if the space is at capacity, I wait in line, I pay a cover or I get VIP bottle service and bypass the line... If you don't want to wait I have a few suggestions... Come earlier than prime time, stay in the building as residents and guests get priority treatment or heck maybe call ahead and make a reservation for you and your party to have your own VIP section with your own server and your own bottles. \n \nIn closing I am very pleased and thankful that Azure is here. Cleveland has not had anything like it and though there have been bumps and mistakes they are always striving to improve. I know I have made plenty of mistakes in my businesses and that's what I learn from and strive to be better for it. I question how many of these negative reviewers have been perfect at everything they do.\n\nI would be happy to have some accompany me the next time they are in town."^^ . "8"^^ . "3"^^ . "6"^^ . . .
