"I came into this store extremely frustrated because I received a new phone (that I ordered online) with no SIM card, a case that didn't fit, the wrong type of charger, and being overcharged on my account by $40. Every employee I dealt with went above and beyond to help me and they even refunded me my $40. My opinion of Verizon literally did a 180.
