"Lux removed all the windows in my house all at once in the middle of winter exposing my entire house to all the elements on a freezing cold snowy day with the furnace blasting all day. \n\nTheir workmen had no proper system in place and were constantly coming in and out. They tracked mud over the entire house, which had just been entirely cleaned, and left all that mud for my tennants to clean up. They told me the tenants tracked all that mud around, right to my face as I was standing there watching them, when the tenants were not even home. \n\nIt was pretty obvious that Lux windows had no repect for me, my tenants or the quality of their work."^^ .
