"Just this past Saturday, I had the unfortunate experience of driving out to Phoenix to oversee final arrangements for an unforeseen cessation within our family.\n\nHaving never undergone anything remotely close to this, I can't allege to having been all to certain of just what to expect.\n\nFrom arrival however, the staff ...down to security themselves, while at Thunderbird Medical were nothing short of professional, poised, well trained, empathetic and tactful.\n\nALL OF THE ABOVE ^ ^ are to be considered absolute attributes while grieving.\n\nThe infirmary itself, aside of being downright astounding aesthetically, possesses an abundance of parking..... and/or unlike what we experience in overpopulated portions of Los Angeles and Orange County, said parking is free.\n\nWalking in, however, you're a bit taken aback as people actually greet and acknowledge you. There's no air of sophistication or aura of pretentiousness and it becomes all the more evident that peace of mind through simplification to ensure one's well-being is the actual priority here.\n\nWe found the chaplain to be an absolute saint as he seemingly took our loss just as personally as we would have. Upon offering a prayer he assisted us fervently with attempt at securing spontaneous last minute preparations. \n\nIn short and to prevent succumbing to emotions, I'll offer this final accolade. Without a doubt would I recommend this hospital to any and everyone depending upon need(s), as our doleful and bittersweet experience was made.....well,...somewhat less bitter and a bit more sweet."^^ .
