"First, let me say this store is undeserving of the one star I am giving them. However, zero stars is not an option, so I'm forced to give them one.\n\nI love DressBarn. I frequent this store in various locations for my dress and business attire needs. I have always received assistance in other stores, been greeted, etc. and never leave empty handed. I didn't buy anything in this visit. I walked into the store, the bell/chime rang and I expected to be greeted. No one spoke to me. I walked through the store looking for a dress I saw online and noticed I was the ONLY person in the store. Walked around the back of the store near the cash registers and realized two employees were standing there having a conversation. I was in clear view of the employees and wasn't greeted, didn't get asked if I needed help, and wasn't even acknowledged! I continued to walk through the store and left within a few minutes.\n\nI have NEVER experienced such poor customer service in DressBarn before and I've never not been greeted either.
