"We stayed here just a couple weeks after they opened, they place it's very chic, the people working here from the doorman, bellboy, front desk, bartenders, hostess at the restaurant , concierge etc were super friendly and nice. \n The location it's perfect, right downtown and you can enjoy the amazing view of all Toronto and cn tower from the roof top restaurant! , you can sit inside or outside , they have a pool, drinks and food. It just opened while we where there and it got busy during lunch. Food by the roof top... it was good, nothing wow but good, and we noticed the Mexican touch in some of their dishes. Mussels where reaaally good though. \n Ok back to the hotel, the rooms were quite big ! We stayed at 2 different rooms. The first one didn't have a great view but it did have a huge terrace with a lounge area outside, you share this with 3 other rooms but there wasn't anyone staying there so it was all for us ;) \n Living room, with huge washroom , a tub... one downside on this is the shower, being all beautiful marble and water coming out from here it's super dangerous. Not a good design for this !! \nThe bedroom with a good size tv and very, very comfy bed. \n We switched rooms because being all brand new you could still smell the paint, it was super strong and gave us a headache ! \n Next room was a little different layout, open concept as shown on the photos. Great view of the front street, bigger tv but not tub :( \n Being a new hotel, they're missing some important points, although they try really hard to make it up; after checking in we were escorted to our room by a very nice bellboy, although this nice person forgot to show us around the room, like the amenities, services , even simple stuff like how and where to turn on the lights ( took us a while to figure it out, if you've stayed here you know what I mean), he literally took our luggage to the room and that's it . \n They charged me more for a dry cleaning service ( didn't even mention this to the concierge) on the phone and on the sheet they said one price and when we payed the bill it was another hummm...\n And I love martinis, something I can't stand and call me crazy are the cheap olives in martinis, and i found it unacceptable for a hotel this nice to use this kind of olives for their drinks. \n There's a small cafe downstairs where you can grab a sandwich ( ohhh they were good). \n Overall a good experience, although there were some downsides, the staff ( specially the concierge , front desk clerk and front desk manager ) made our stay. Very nice girls who always try to make it right. \n Ohh and it doesn't end there, I forgot a dress and they got in contact with us to make sure we know. I'm getting back my dress this week :) \n We liked it and we'll be back, despite the things we didn't like we think the location , the grounds, rooftop and service were really great.\n I wish we spent more time at the rooftop :("^^ .
