Been there twice and both times were great. \n\nI ordered take out today and got there and the bartender who took my order didn't get my order right. Says \"all I heard was one burger\", as though it's my fault he didn't get it right, but at the same time confirmed his poor listening skills. I know what I wanted and I asked for that. So my drive down there to get my two burgers wasn't great. While I was standing there He said he'd get the kitchen to do another one while I waited, and asked how I would like it cooked. I do not like pink ground beef so I always get it well done. He looks at me and says \"ooooh, that's gonna take long\", which I don't understand. Was he suggesting I get my order made a different way? Anyway, he talked me out front waiting around because his facial expression pissed me off and I paid and left. No apology, no thanks fo or anything from him. \n\nSuggestion to him: confirm the order before you hang up, be nice to the customers, apologize and smile. That's it. His attitude was that it was my fault. This was a Bad experience that I had to share. I will go back but, I'll remember this guy and the bad experience he helped me have. Cheers!\n\nFollow up: despite this minor bad experience, one of the wonderful management staff-members at Zinburger took the time to write me and apologize. I thought that was amazing and really erased the less than great experience I had. I recommend anyone to go to this Zinburger and enjoy the food and atmosphere. It's great. Thanks Zinburger.
